I was drawn to psychiatry because it offers a rare combination of scientific rigor and deep human connection. The field allows me to help individuals navigate emotional challenges and rediscover their resilience through thoughtful, evidence-based care.

 

My academic path began at Columbia University, where I earned both my undergraduate and medical degrees, followed by psychiatry residency training at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center program of Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Over the years, I’ve developed extensive experience in treating eating disorders and substance use disorders.

 

Joining The Waynik Group felt like a natural next step. The team’s shared commitment to clinical excellence, collaborative care, and inclusivity aligns closely with my values. Here, I have the privilege of working with a diverse patient population alongside dedicated colleagues who bring both expertise and heart to group.
