MORE INFO:
I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Practitioner with dual bachelor’s degrees and a Master of Science in Psychiatric-Mental Health. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology majoring in Substance-Related and Addictive Disorders.
My clinical work integrates evidence-based medication management with personalized individual therapy for a wide range of psychiatric disorders, supporting emotional regulation, insight, and long-term recovery. I also provide comprehensive addiction treatment, including outpatient alcohol detox, opioid addiction management with Suboxone.

My research focuses on clinical narcissism and its link to trauma across the lifespan, including partner abuse, childhood trauma, relational abuse from parents or relatives, toxic people, societal invalidation, and workplace abuse.

These insights directly inform my Group Therapy for Narcissism and Relationship Abuse, held every other Thursday from 5:40–7:00 PM at our Fairfield office. While designed for individuals recovering from toxic dynamics, the group is open to anyone, as we also emphasize essential life skills and effective healing techniques.

Guided by Zen-informed philosophy, I bring a mindful presence, emotional clarity, calmness and deep compassion into every therapeutic encounter. My mission is to ensure patients feel seen, supported and empowered to reclaim their peace, their voice, and the life they were meant to live.
